Get a sneak peek at the update coming this month to Halo Waypoint.

This month, we'll be updating Waypoint on the Xbox 360 to include some exciting, brand-new features and improvements to the experience you already know and love.

For the first time ever, you'll have access to your Halo: Reach Service Record on Waypoint, allowing you to check your overall rank, your skill level with a specific weapon, or even how you performed in your most recent match. You'll also be able to view your Top Commendations and find out what you’ve accomplished so far. Most importantly, you'll be able to find out what it'll take to nab the elusive Walking Tank, or whichever Commendation you happen to be working on.

Finished a Halo: Reach multiplayer session and want to check out how you did? You don't even need to leave your couch because Waypoint has what you're looking for right here, in your match's Carnage Summary. And with Waypoint’s weapon and vehicle filtering, you can find out what weapons and vehicles you use the most and just how well you use them. Want to see how you stack up against your buddies? You're coming to the right place. With Waypoint's Compare with Friends, you can see your skills compared side-by-side with anyone on your friends list.

And if you like the Daily and Weekly Challenges Reach offers, here's a great place for you to see not only your progress for each given challenge, but how much time you've got left to complete it. We’ve also added two new Waypoint Career Milestones and the ability to launch the Games on Demand version of Halo: Reach, right from Waypoint, and introduces a new video player which features the same "Instant On" streaming technology utilized by Zune, making the viewing of Halo fiction and community videos on Waypoint over Xbox LIVE faster and easier.

So be ready to check out all of the new awesomeness Halo Waypoint has to offer!
