High Speed Halo presents Halo: Reach, The Pillar of Autumn, Legendary, in 13:19 by RC Master.

High Speed Halo presents its eighth speed run. If last week was mostly about clearing enemies out of areas to progress, then this week is about covering huge distances and only stopping to fight if absolutely required. When you don't need to fight, Sprint and a few trick jumps should speed you along the way. When you do need to fight, be sure to bring overwhelming force.

From the runner: "Some levels have areas that are more or less self-solving: you're given everything you need to clear an area fast when you get there. Other levels, like this one, have multi-area dependencies for the fastest time, which make it more complex, and more fun, to plan. Most people might see the Rockets at the beginning and use them on the Banshees or against the Wraith, but they're actually far more useful if you save them for the end. For me, even with all the skips and tricks throughout the rest of this run, that's still the defining feature here—if you can't fight fast, all the skips in the world aren't going to save your time."
