App not working

  • If the Halo Channel is not working, please close the app, verify your network connection, and restart the app. If the problem persists please head over to the Halo Channel forums for additional help.

Logging out of the app

  • To log out of your account on the app, on your device choose Settings > Logout

Content not available

  • Some video content is not available to view on mobile devices. To view, you must use the Halo Channel on Xbox One or Windows 8.1.
