Do invited players receive a notification here?

I've been signed up to the MCC PC Insider for a really long time and with all the invites going out recently I'm surprised that I haven't seen an invite email. Do people usually get a notification here when they are invited? I just want to make sure I haven't misplaced an invite in my email inbox.
