Anyone know what this was for? I have the tiger stripe and pearl skins already. Did anything get added that I'm unaware of? Why did I need a 2 MB update?

Probably to fix the bug that if you did not have both of them they would not work individually.

Probably to fix the bug that if you did not have both of them they would not work individually.
There is only one Paint Job DLC that I can find.

Edit: I just found the option in game to turn them on or off. This is what you meant.
