I'm pretty miffed with how 343 has handled the server outage. The outage itself is concerning on it's own since it lasted for days, but worse is the staff's reaction and complete refusal to say ANYTHING about it on social media. Linked is a video that goes over the entire situation.
If you peruse Twitter and Reddit you'll find that 343 has admitted this has been a growing experience for them. They've committed themselves to being better.
Yes they have, but how did any of THAT happen to begin with? That level of condescension is unacceptable for the community team of a flagship franchise.

No other AAA game developer has ever been so incredibly disrespectful towards completely justified, valid questions from concerned customers who pay, pay for the ability to play online in the first place.
