Hello everyone. So this month is gonna be the release of yap yap right? and next month the new expansion. if you have some info please leave your comment below.

The community requested a grunt leader so they're giving us a grunt leader. I'm sure he'll be awesome.

It's kind of a shame they didn't take this opportunity to make that leader Yayap from the Halo: The Flood novel. He was a very likable Grunt character.

The community requested a grunt leader so they're giving us a grunt leader. I'm sure he'll be awesome.

In fact, in the halo canon, there have been important ungoy/grunts. I read once that grunt started a rebellion against the covenant, needless to say they didn´t win.

Johnson, Forge, and Serina are all heroes that are no longer with us, so it doesn't really matter if he's dead or not.

Nobody knows anything about Yap Yap, either. It would be a cool callback for people who do know him, though.

To answer the question, there hasn't been any new info. All we know is that the game won't receive any new updates until Yapyap, which is set to be released sometime this month and we probably won't know anything else until a few days before the release. They haven't given an official due date for any of the previous leaders so we probably won't be getting one for Yapyap. Like JLtheStoneWall said, there hasn't been a release date for ATN, but I'm guessing they are going to give an official release date at Gamescon.

So in fact, it makes sense that it exists an ungoy leader. A jackal leader won´t be possible they are just like stupid lizzards and i am happy that halo didn´t include more drones, that stupid things were crap and annoying. But i would be very very happy if they make a Engineer Leader.

Hey now Drones are awesome and engineers are the only covenant species that beat them in knowledge of tech and machines. They added a more diverse gameplay to the games that they were present and Halo has lost those unique moments that they added to the game.

It would be good fanfare if they made a drone queen a leader.
