We're working towards Achilles with about 800 grenade kills and 1200 marine kills remaining for the armour. The more people working on it the sooner it will arrive.

If you're interested then please apply at UNSC Vanishing Point though you'll have to leave your current Spartan Co first. There is also a recruitment topic here.
