My own Service Tag is "XNOR" (Exclusive Nor) which the the logic operation equivalent to the equivalence symbol in logic. It has the following truth table where 0 is false and 1 is true.
  • A = 0, B = 0 | (A⇔B) = 1
  • A = 0, B = 1 | (A⇔B) = 0
  • A = 1, B = 0 | (A⇔B) = 0
  • A = 1, B = 1 | (A⇔B) = 1
For games where I'm limited to only 3 symbols in the Service Tag, I will shorten it to "XOR" which is the logical inverse to "XNOR".

Mine is NULL. Null means invalid, non-existent, void or in this case, incomputable. Essentially it expresses I'm a total nut when I play and thus unpredictable/chaotic. Nothing too complex or special, literally just a description of how I play.
