The sad thing is that this game could be the best halo yet if there was more focus on game modes. Yes warzone is fun, i enjoy it a lot, and i also enjoy the different variants of weapons that exist within warzone, how could anyone not?! But it is very hard to not think that it is a money making scheme, watch the episode of South Park where they explain "Freemium" gaming. It makes a lot of sense when you think about it, don't include beloved game modes with the excuse that it will divide the community, and put a massive focus on warzone and REQS, most people won't be willing to put in the amount of hours needed to get all the REQS actually worth getting, not to mention that we all already own all of the content within the game, by paying extra to unlock something we already own is absurd, who would do that?! Well, apparently a ton of people will do that... Do you really think that all of the money they made is going to the prize pool for HWCS? I would bet not, i'd say a large amount of that profit went into their pockets. I'm a positive person, and can usually see the good in people first, but it's hard to do that in this case. They are a corporation, built to make profits more importantly than anything else.
I have over 9 full days logged in the game, i love halo 5, but i can also see why everyone would be upset by lack of game modes, and why they would be frustrated with the current state of the game.... We can't even get actual BTB maps, they are all forge (i have no problem with forge maps mind you) but c'mon, there has to be some other agenda going on here, aside from giving people what they truly want, and i don't think that people are asking for all that much, just what we've always had in halo games, does that make us spoiled? I don't think so, i think it is a completely reasonable request.
Look at the new DOOM game coming out, honestly all i play is halo, i don't even own another game aside from MCC, but im kinda amped for the new DOOM game only bc it looks like it is loaded with a TON of content.
