Max that thing out and lower all dead zones for when in arena
Does dead zone eliminate the heavy aim?
I'm no pro but i play on 2
Both dead zones on 0 also 1,1 sens. Average now 55+ accuracy
3/4 sensitivity green thumb layout.
7 sensitivity and.... yes..,. halo 4 controls. Look at me weird as much as you please.

It makes it more tolerable, closest thing to a "Call of Duty" sensitivity

Hmm, I'll have to try it out. Thank you!
My experience was that I THOUGHT I needed more sensitivity, what I actually needed was less and like no deadzone (one of the pros I like does similar and when I tried his settings it worked). It seems common among pros to have low sensitivity (3 or 4).

I have an Elite controller which I feel is pretty much required because of the added customization that you can have in concert with the game settings. My ability changed immediately when I got one and set it up the way that felt right.

Halo settings:
  • Recon layout
  • sensitivity - Horizontal 2.5, Vertical - 3
  • look accel - 2
  • deadzones - 0%
Elite settings:
  • Trigger stops engaged
  • Medium concave left stick
  • Medium domed right stick
  • Trigger pull 0-50 on both
  • Left stick - Instant
  • Right stick - Smooth
  • Scuf elite paddles - outside left-sprint, inside left-crouch, outside right-melee, inside right-weapon switch
I always use 3 sensitivity, just what I feel comfortable with, and I rock Recon button layout, not really sure why or how, just felt the most comfortable to me, I think because of the B button melee.

Yeah I've always been a 3 or a 4. As for Recon I started in Halo 3 using that and I'm so used to it, its just the most natural. Its not the best thing that I have to press A to jump but it works with my play style. I get more out of the stuff that I DO have on the paddles vs Jump on A.
Boy I'm late to chuck in my opinion, 2 years late!

Recon on 10 sens is key to victory <|:^)
i use the configuration bumper jumper sensitive 4

THE OTHER 0 and death point 0%
i do full sensitivity, but i play a lot of asassanations so.....
You could say I'm basically a pro. I'm so good that I use the standard settings. I know, I know, it takes skill.
Bumper Jumper
Scuf controller, left paddle: X, right paddle: A
1 Horizontal, 5 Vertical, 5 Acceleration, 0 deadzones

Thinking about trying 1.5, 5, 3 or going back to default 3 sens, 3 accel.
Also going to test a 7% outer deadzone.
I'm not a professional

My buttons configuration is fighter

Originally the crouching configuration with left click
Smart link and right click zoom
Rb pushbutton
Throw granda boton Rb
Jump and climb button A

Modify it

Button A threw grenades
Button A threw grenades
Right click jump and climb
Rb thruster pack
To bend down

Sensitivity 3
after patch

bumber jumper
sensitivity 4
deadzone 4 both
I just use default but I'm not a pro
Play with it change the sensitivity around to find what works for you.
I play on 5 sensitivity and 4 acceleration and inner and outer deadzones 0% helljumper button layout
