wza, I dislike the defense ARC, it's hard.
wz ff, I love the sanctum rounds 5, they're the hardest.
Normal wz, I dislike, I think the mode is ok but with very few players if you go solo is just pain.
I like superfiesta but sometimes in the small maps the campers have advantage.
husky i like it, but i know the weapons can be very unbalanced, yesterday I got one match in swamp fever and they give me one rocket in 10 minutes.
swat, I think the one I dislike is the mode with the CE magnum, It doesn't show true skill, you can aim to the nose and then fail the headshot.

I don't have any concrete numbers, but I've noticed you get thousands more XP from Infection games over other playlists. As for RP, I have no idea how it compares to other playlists.

Favourite: Slayer (imo the all-time classic way Halo should be played)

Least: Infection (unless you are one of the top 3 guys in the game, you get nothing out of it)
