Two Tartarus' Gavel, one in each hand (and maybe even on the feet, it's stupid and impossible to do but it's fun to imagine) will make you feel like a really bad--Yoink- brute.

Or Tartarus' Gavel and Heartseeker.

I'd dual-wield two Kinetic SMGs. I swear 343 needs to bring back dual wielding. It was so fun. At the very least make it an option in Custom Games.

I'd love 2 CE magnums. If your good at head shots it'd be ridiculously easy to kill, shot from each, maybe a punch or another shot to finish it off.

There's a way to make dual wielding viable again.
Nerf one handed weapons, but when there is 2 have the fastest kill time, but make the spray somewhat "unpredictable" where you have to master where to move the thumbsticks to get the maximum out of the spray, so not any joe can use it.

Just saying.

It take 7 shards from any Needler to kill a Spartan. The Open Hand (the top tier Boltshot) kills a Spartan with 3 fully-connected bursts. With dual-wielding, you'd be twice as efficient in your kill times.

I would sport two Talons of the Lost or
Two Combat Evolved Pistols or one of each
Might experiment by mixing in Voids Tear and Whispered Truth as well
