Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I'm trying to play competitively in Halo 3's playlist and encounter several problems!
1) I'm matched against skill level 50s while I'm only level 5.
2) I join the game late due to an inability to load as quick as others....

1. There are enough players. Matchmaking and Teambalance is just garbage.
2. Loading a map from disk/harddrive does not have something to do with internet connection.
