Social is supposed to be a casual place where you can have fun in a variety of gametypes. If the "terrible players" bother you so much, I would suggest sticking to the competitive playlists where you are less likely to encounter them. Or form a team of your own. You can definitely find competitive games in MCC, plus if you're going to complain about something expect suggestions on how to improve your experience.
