How to unlock the new armor for Halo 3?

I can't seem to find any way to unlock these "new" armor permutations, if anyone can let me know how to, that would be greatly appreciated.

Halo 5: Guardians MP Beta participant. Become a member of an active Spartan Company. Say "cheese!"
The new Halo 3 armour will be unlockable when Season 5 arrives. When that is, we currently do not know.
