It feels like that everything but bloom was updated to 60 fps. The bloom is way worse on MCC than ever before
the bloom is worse because the DMR has na increased Rate of Fire, if you play TU settings with the needle rifle you can hold the trigger and it's like there's no bloom (no rate of fire change was made to it), add that to bleedthrough and it becomes the best precision weapon in the game.
They also let us skip forced cutscenes. Most notably the ones in long night of solace.

I believe this was discussed in a development update several months ago and I think the reason they said it wasn't originally 'skipable' was because that mission was used in the demo or something and it was something they wanted to change but it was more difficult than anticipated. Something like that anyway. I'm glad it's changed though.

Think he's talking about TU settings, that definitely wasn't an unknown change.
The fusion coils on top of that little structure on Powerhouse have been removed.
