Issues with launching Reach campaign

I seem to not be able to play the Reach campaign on the anti-cheat off version. I'm trying to play mods so I thought I swapped the maps out wrong but then I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried to launch a mission with no mods and it just boots me to the menu. Is anyone else having this issue?

Little update, I can't even launch it in general. Dunno what to do at this point lol
