I'd say halo 3, because halo 2 jackals are more like bots since they don't miss.

If you mean strength and power, you're looking at halo 2, but if you're talking about realism, then it's probably reach or halo 3. Reach did have some very cool designs. Would love to see some of them in Infinite.

Depends how you define best. If you define best as most refined and fair, then I guess 3 or Reach. But if you’re talking skill, Halo 2 for obvious reasons...

Halo 2 without a doubt. Those jackal snipers can one shot you instantly. Especially on legendary. That has got to have something to do with the ai too not just dps values.
