Ready for matchmaking, play test welcome.
Very detailed aesthetic, industrial Grifball map.
*Exploit fixed: rapid scoring*
*Added explanation (of bomb spawn) during intro cams*

Interactive elements:
1- moving bomb spawn (golf ball/ grab able)
2- hidden targets release false golf balls, Raised "catwalk" bordering map supports ground pound.

**Multiple community tests reveal.
It has been well recieved each time, for gameplay and aesthetics.**

Nice Job! Feedback time.

The wall-hop ledge should be 16' from the floor, i would suggest you make it out of 2x128x2 Pipe instead of Cables to better suit the design. The way you built the wall hop ledge could cause a crouching/sliding player to get caught under the ledge which would cancel a jump. Make the wall hop ledge out of blocks instead of walls.

There is a small high perch where the back walls intersect the pipe supports. Move them back so they are flush with the wall.

The side edges should better visually indicate the actual edges of the court. You can do this by having the slopes intersect the floor on exactly that line, and by placing the rocks flush with invisible wall. You could also place broken pipe, rusty barrels, or other debris to define the edges.

Completely enclose the court with an invisible ceiling.

You will find that 128x128x128 blocks make a smoother floor since they shift less than 1x128x128 walls.

Ungroup and replace the floor. Large groups of items tend to shift slightly when you save the map, and there are small gaps which can cause bumps. Bumps cause players to be kicked out of slides.

The Window pieces you added have caused frame rate drops and should be either removed or replaced with less complex items. I like how it looked before and would like to see it with the small pipes i mentioned above.

I like how you defined the edges of the court but they brought a new problem. When players see a wall on the sides of a court they expect to be able to jump/clamber on them. You can either add a clamber ledge (not advised), or vary the height of the rocks from zero (sand), to a few inches, to twice the height they are now so it does not look like a straight edge.

Removed most fx items.
Turned light bake off.
Made obstructive objects non invasive.
Blocked off floors and walls.
Made scripted event harder to trigger.
Brightened map, reduced fog and map weather.

  • First, in game make sure the file is Bookmarked and Visible to searches.
  • Every time you forge on the map the Visibility check box with turn off so you have to check it back on each time.
  • Play a Custom Game on the map (by yourself, or with a team).
  • Go to Theater Mode, pause the film, double-tap the Y button to detach your camera, Tap B or X to remove the HUD. Take a bunch of screen shots.
  • Go to your file browser on this site, select your map, copy the link to your map (bottom right of the map pop out page).
  • Edit your above post and paste the link.
  • Do the same for 2-3 screen shots.
also, "Simpsons did it" but we still want to see yours.
