As for helmets, I'd say

Recon
Scout
Air assault
Warrior

MK VI is cool, but halo 4 and reaches version didn't look as good as halo 3's. Halo 4 's is a bit closer though.
As for shoulders I'd have to say rouge are my favorite.

Chest armor I'd have to say the best is aviator, commando, and maybe gungnir.

Soldier and EOD are the best helmets though.
