cant find any games at all because the reach servers are trash at the moment, is 343 working on it or are they ditching reach since it’s on MCC now?

343 Industries doesn't have control over Xbox 360 servers. Those actually fall under Microsoft's domain. On the bright side, 343 Industries will be introducing Halo Reach to MCC very soon so you have that to look forward to again!
There appears to be some issues with Reach at the moment including matchmaking services and the ability to pull information / stats from your profile. 343 are aware and are currently investigating.
