Hi there. DLC maps are still in rotation, but you need a full lobby of players who have all the DLC for the maps to show up when voting

Me parece que la rotación de mapas, sigue hasta la fecha, pero todos los jugadores del lobby tienen que tenerlos. En otro caso sería una partida personalizada, pero igual todos los jugadores deben tenerlos

That's right, until just a few weeks ago I found out they were free, so I downloaded them, we should put our gamertag to meet online and play on these maps, the same will work for those who do not have achievements (like me).

Yeah...well, some times I got into matches of DLC maps, but that was because the other players in the lobby had the DLC maps on their disposal, if at least one of them doesn't have the DLCs, then you cant play on them.
And yes, they should send a message on Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 stating that Halo 4's DLCs are free now.
