if he would return(which i hope he does) i hope he his sided Cortana, not the Banished. it would be more exciting, because he once held Cortana. he was the one that brought her to the Autumn
NOBLE TEAM IS DEAD. DONE. GONE. IN THE AFTER LIFE.

There is no way for them to come back....and they ESPECIALLY wouldn't join the banished. Sorry.

I do respect your opinion about Six coming back. But do you really want to make his death scene worthless? Do you want him to suffer more?

As for the siding, possible, but I think it would be more likely to be with the UNSC for:
  1. Humanity's first contact with the Prometheans was in 2558, and his death dates back to 2552. He would most likely see the Prometheans as a threat to Humanity than an ally.
  2. He has been more time in the UNSC and barely had time to meet Cortana. He met her at the end of The Package, one mission later, she's already departuring from the planet, which he dies in. If Cortana is a threat to Humanity, Six would be against her, plus there's the Prometheans.

Not all of them genius. Jun is still alive.

You make a good point, but didn't Cortana chose Noble Six for a reason. Halsey said it herself that Noble Six had the same rating as John. that is the reason for who he sided with. it doesn't mean he sided with her willingly. plus, lets be real, deep down, no who played reach wants Noble Six to be dead. Also, the prometheans have several goddang guardians. even one guardian can destroy a planet. i don't about you,but i am pretty sure that the prometheans might have a tool to resurrect some body. they have everything else.

You're right about Cortana's decision, but it ultimately doesn't mean Six would protect her against everything, even when she does/did something wrong. Both never talked to each other which makes it even less likely for them to bond like John and Cortana. And while Six was escorting her, he just plugged her in his back then delivered her to Keyes. Because Six has the same rating as John doesn't mean he'll join her.
Umm... The Prometheans have the Guardians and... so? A Guardian is capable of destroying a planet. Interesting fact but I don't see the Guardians' involvement here. I just refereed to the Prometheans in general.
Probably, but my guess is that they'll instead compose his body then turn him into a Promethean Knight, and a special one at that.

i said it doesn't mean he sided with her willingly, key word willingly. Also my point with the guardians is that the if forerunners made several guardians, several halo ring, the ark and more, they could have made something that could resurrect someone. if they made all those things, then they could have a resurrecting tool or something like that. it wouldn't be impossible for the forerunners.

Actually, quite the opposite. There is nothing to suggest that Forerunners had any technology capable of reversing death. Much of their research and technology was devoted to extending lifespans and figuring out ways around death, but never reversing it. Part of the Forerunner religion was that dead Forerunners' consciousness would join the Domain. The Forerunners tinkered with the Composers in efforts to achieve immortality. They preserved some of their own who were on the brink of death in the form of AI, but it's not like they were Composing bodies posthumous. Death was certainly permanent for the Forerunners; they were just particularly hard to kill. If they had had a tool for resurrecting themselves that didn't result in monstrous abominations, they would have implemented such technology in the course of the Forerunner-Flood War.

At the end of the halo novel Hunter's in the Dark there was a human\Promethean abomination and in the books life shaping Engineers are mentioned
6 isn't even a character. I just don't get this fan movement of expecting or even wanting him to return. It's frankly ridiculous.

You're talking about Bobby Kodiak? I wouldn't call him a human-Forerunner hybrid or resurrected; at the end he was a cyborg with mechanical enhancements. Tragic Solitude "healed" him before he died by turning him into a cyborg. Tragic Solitude did not bring Bobby back from the dead; he prevented him from dying.

Lifeworkers were essentially the biologists of the Forerunner ecumeme. They studied life, even experimented with creating life, but reversing death was never something they did (as far as we know). This applies to the specialized Huragok that worked with them, too.

because the banished are just dying to add a dead human to their ranks
Well the Banished brought the Flood back so I'm more confident my idea isn't as much of a pipe dream as many many many think
there is a difference between a species of parasite (that has been known for it's near inability to be stopped and even revives the dead) that was trapped by sentinels and a guy who we watched get stabbed by countless elites and then left on a planet that was burned to glass. and the banished didn't bring them back, they released an already existing, living group of them.
If he were to ever make a comeback this would be the most realistic way?
I think that's a cool idea. We never actually see noble 6 die so it could make sense, but of course 343 wouldn't do that because they just want Halo to be Call of Duty, unoriginal and boring.
we watched him get stabbed and watched him lying on the floor, surround by elites getting the crap beaten out of him, then hear Halsey say they were burned to glass after he dies, plus we know that all but one tiny portion of reach was glassed and 6 was no where near this area otherwise he would've had a whole team of spartan 2's helping him fight off the elites. and even if in some impossible world help did manage to find him before the glassing and impossibly fought off the army of warriors then he would have died due to the countless injuries long before reaching any decent medical attention. I think it's safe to say he's dead.
