How do you change privacy settings?

I don't know how to make my custom game show up in the Customs Browser. I tried to change the privacy from Friends and Spartan Company Only to something else but it won't let me. Any help?

Edit: Never mind I figured it out. You have to press F to access the friends tab, then press R to switch the privacy setting. The manual switch in the custom games menu is still broken though.
