Blitz pack purchased but not there?

I purchased a few blitz packs, two of the 2.99 and one 8.99, the X3 and X10 respectively. After purchasing the packs, none showed up to open. I've waited an hour and now I'm wondering why are my packs not showing up yet?
some general info, I'm on PC, playing from the us my Gamertag is also TASADAR101 . In my purchase history the numbers or order numbers are 5373139452 for a x3 , 2919434668 for an x3 and lastly 8725126137 for the x10 . It says its been completed but nothings showing up to open. When you pay for a product thats digital like blitz packs, there shouldn't be such a long waiting time.
Im having the same problem, i actually opened a topic a few days after you did. I contacted support and they issued a refund so dumby me tried to buy them again with the same problem. The downside is, xbox support will only issue you a refund once and then they tell you to come here in the hopes a moderator will do something since xbox support cant do anything now. Have either of your tried retsarting the game, rebooting your console or doing a hard reset (basically full switch off including unplugging the power) and then checking again? The alternative method is to check here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-wars-2/packs/unopened

The link that you provided actually shows my correct card library but this is not what has shown up in the game for me for the week that surrounded my problem. I can check again today on the XboxOne but I have tried it a bunch already with rebooting it - though not the hard reset. I have "quit" the game and started up again as well.
Cool, so if everything is fine on Waypoint for you then it sounds like your Xbox is holding an old cache. Hard reset in that case should fix it for you
This sounds like a Nightmare, buying something and not getting it...
wow talked about in 2018 and still a problem in 2019
same problem here, 50 euro purchase, nothing shows up, even daysa fter buying that stuff. this kind of -Yoink- is killing a franchise by itself cause its a fking disgrace!
Having the same problem (nothing shows up on Waypoint either). Should I ask for a refund or just wait to see if they show up?
Still having this issue in 2020 now too. Just happened to me 2 days ago now too
Near the end of 2020 and still a freakin issue... This is ridiculous... I paid via paypal, get a receipt from them, and have nothing in game nor on the Waypoint pack checker...
Do we know if there was ever a fix for this?
