[Locked] Digital Pricing Issues - (Prior to Oct. 1)

Hey folks - When Awakening the Nightmare launched on 9/26 we started receiving inquiries and reports from fans in various regions indicating that the price for the expansion seemed to be incorrect in the Marketplace (Xbox One and Windows 10). Our team and the Xbox folks have gone through an extensive audit and did discover some pricing anomalies in multiple regions that would've resulted in customers being charged slightly more than they should've for the AtN add-on content.

If you purchased Awakening the Nightmare in one of the regions below before approx. 7PM PT on Sept. 30 then you potentially were slightly overcharged. The pricing was corrected as of approx. 7PM PT on Saturday, Sept. 30 so any purchases made after that time are correct.

If you were one of the customers who did purchase the content earlier in the week and did pay an incorrect price, you will have the difference in price automatically refunded to you. You'll get a system message letting you know when this is complete. We anticipate this process will go fairly quickly but please allow up to a few weeks. No action is required on your part - you'll automatically be credited as warranted.

Here's the list of impacted regions that had incorrect Awakening the Nightmare pricing from 9/25 through approx. 7PM PT on 9/30.
