been trying to play 1v1 and 2v2 for about 15 min now it will connect to server waiting for players then time out. Xbox live shows all games are operating normally? Is there an issue with match making?

I can search for games and it shows “Waiting for players...” which means a game is about to load up, except it spazzes out and restarts the search.
