I think the system they put in is half decent. The xp cap needs to be removed for sure. Really slowing down progress.
Yeah I've noticed that. Like I'll work my butt off in a game, and then receive the same as the guy who just barely hit the cap. :)

I'm finding that it really doesn't matter if I win or lose SWAT games. It's all about grinding them out and making sure you hit the 8,000 XP cap for personal score.

One question though. The Tiers, what is that column for?

It's essentially like prestige mode from COD. Reach max XP, go up one tier and then start back at Rookie again.

It's a friendlier system so you don't get stuck on the same rank for ages.

Yeah, I can understand why they changed it like that. Was a pain to get next level when you started making it towards levels like Brigadier.
