I haven't been able to get an Australian server for weeks now, what has changed, and why?! It has a massive effect on latency and gameplay experience! At least make it an option to toggle servers or search for a match under a set ping limit. I don't care if I have to wait for a match, it's better than having a terrible and unenjoyable time in-game. Do you want to get more people playing Halo? You're wrecking the experience with the current matchmaking settings.
I have seen a lot of other posts about this issue since day one, do you not care or just not those of us outside the US?

Bang Skull
The only thing that should ever be added to Halo 1 should be the cut from Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary: The skull that replace gun sound effects with the 343 staff saying "bang". Please. Please do this.
  • Halo 2
Shielded Flood SkullOne of the cut items from Halo 2 were Flood Carriers with Jackal shields, a skull that gives them all Flood Carriers shields would be a cute way to bring this back. I want to modify the game in weird ways to make me play differently, not hard ways to make me play better.
  • Halo 3
Shielded Flood SkullJust like Halo 2's shielded carriers, they were cut from Halo 3 too, a skull would be a good way to bring this back.
Banger Infection SkullAnother cut enemy were exploding Infection Flood Form. This would be a very stupid yet beautifully challenging skull to modify all existing Infection Forms to blow up.

Assassin SkullA cut skull that makes all enemies cloaked. Honestly, I hate it, it's far too strong based on modder's full implementation, but for the sake of additional skulls and ways to play, it's not my place to say otherwise.

Halo 3: ODST Third Person SkullODST features a cut fully functioning third person skull, having the camera behind the player.

Synchronize Skulls between ODST and Halo 3The Assassin, Third Person, and Acrophobia skulls would work really well if included in both Halo 3 and ODST.

  • Halo Reach:
CONDEMNED-class Mjolnir and PRESERVE-class MjolnirTwo armor sets cut from Halo Reach DLC made by 343, they could serve as mascots for this potential update of collected cut content.
Additional Firefight Enemies
Both the drones and the Guta were cut from firefight. With challenges being added to support and encourage firefight, the gamemode needs more variety to keep more active users, so additional enemies would be perfect for this functionality. Especially since the Guta were drastically underutilized in-game.

Firefight "Schism" SettingFirefight additionally had more enemy options, allowing them to fight one another. This can provide so many interesting firefight gametypes.

Laser Sight Sniper RifleThe Laser Sight Sniper Rifle was a Sniper Rifle with a Laser Sight, that needed to be charged to fire a shot. I feel as if the charging function doesn't aid gameplay, but a Laser Sight Sniper Rifle could make for really interesting attack/defense gametypes, with a visual warning before a sniping shot. Since silenced weapons were added to Halo 3, a new weapon to Halo Reach would be a nice touch.

Unused Armor Abilities?
The following armor abilities are included in the system's files:
Ammo Pack, Power Fist, Repulsor, Sensor Pack, Super Jump, EMP Pulse, Shield Generator
I was unable to find how close they were to completion though, and several of them were finalized in different forms (IE, the Jetpack renders a Super Jump unnecessary), but the others, such as Ammo Pack, could be added for further ways to play multiplayer or firefight. Several of them could be used as more supportive roles, which are currently lacking in Halo Reach's design.

Implementing Skull options in All Multiplayer GametypesThe Black Eye, Boom and Pinata skulls would make a beautiful and terrifying combination gametype for Halo 1: having that type of control for gametypes would be absolutely incredible for making more gametypes.

Recycled cosmetics:
Not necessarily cut content, but content for Halo that can be taken from various elements; it'd be neat if more armor options were recycled from the various Halo campaigns. For example:
Halo 2 and Halo 2 Anniversary could feature ODST armor for the Spartan, Heretic, Arbiter, and Flight armor for the Elites,
Halo 3 could recycle shoulder and chest armor pieces from the ODST armor models, Arbiter armor for the Elites and a Shipmaster head for the Elites.
Halo Reach could recycle Kat's default chest-piece with the prosthetic arm, Jorge and Emile's visor colors,
Yeah the Bang skull does sound like it would fit halo perfectly. Oh and the thirdperson skull sounds awesome I really hope they do something with this cut content.

Its probably invalidated due to the flight ended last week
So typically the feedback I've requested has been extreme and suggestions I don't heavily anticipate being added in-game.
However, this one is the most crucial feedback that I know will double your player base.
As a reward for the No Picnic achievement (rewarded for looking at a bear backpack), please have the player unlock the bear backpack as a chest cosmetic for Halo Reach.
Please.

I wonder if admins look at these cause I am with you I genuinely think they prioritze cosmetics over something like co-op campiagn lag, oh and AFK xp, or quiters.

Yeah it blows my mind how AFKers queuing was not one of the first things resolved on MCC. It's ridiculous how it's one of their lower priority issues.
For the love of everything holy, how much longer do we have to wait for a custom games browser?????!!!!!
Well, I am writing this message because I am tired of always waiting for games that come on pc with bugs and having to wait each time for their correction which in the case of H3 will have made me wait more than 2 months. This is not to mention the frustration of seeing the community abandon the game each time because of these famous bugs because development or communication choices are bad. And despite everything I stayed on the game until then (diamond level) hoping that the development team would do something but I was wrong ... 343 continue to offer us esport tournaments on a buggy game that has not its place in the world of competition. I have the impression of dealing with a bunch of amateurs who have taken up a quality game but who obviously did not deserve it ... Unfortunately, we will have to wait until the end of the year to play a decent game after having disgusted 95% of people . GG
Unbelievable we haven't gotten the hitreg fix for H3 yet. It's absolutely ready, and it's being held onto for the ODST release as if A) it were at all related to a PvE game or B) some marketable new "feature" and not a fundamental mistake in the games net code that's been neglected for almost six years. Tournaments in H3 just went by, and the hardcore population is dwindling, and you guys are just sitting on this game-saving fix. What the hell.

Never have I rooted so hard for people who don't deserve it.
  • MCC HALO GAME: Social Multiplayer
  • FEEDBACK: Add Join-in-Progress for social gametypes, especially for Big Team Battle modes. Nothing is more frustrating than playing BTB and having a squad of 4 or 6 get fed up and leave. If stats are that big of an issue for people where they don't want to take a loss for joining a team who's losing, make it so loses don't count for JiP games. Call of Duty and Destiny both have these, with Destiny 2 also having competitive modes that disable Join-in-Progress. This should absolutely not be added to competitive modes, aside from maybe Invasion since that's not really competitive in the first place. I'm definitely not the only one who has an issue with people who quit. Adding bans is not enough of a deterrent, so other solutions should be applied to this.
What the go at the moment with finding a full lobby then being backed out? Is it crappy servers or a new feature where we can only join games that we have a good connection to? If it is, surely you could refine it so we don't join the lobby in the first place? Better yet like I have said and many others before. Let us choose what servers we can connect to and have a ping limit option. This is getting very frustrating!

Region filtering better not force Australians to select other regions as well. The current updates you've put out suggest you are going to have a minimum number of regions required e.g. you cannot opt out until you have one region left due to your rank concerns.

This is flawed logic and Australians have had more than enough of ranked and social play on foreign servers thanks. Rank online is meaningless if there's a 100-200ms difference in gameplay anyway.
Sorry, but rly? Where is my Russian lang (sreenshot: prntscr.com/uiz4kc) in game?
Will you be adding it? We need at least subtitles for all parts, is it so hard to do? Or are you a small indie team? Why should modders do this for you, bypassing the EAC protection and playing with modified subtitles without access to achievements?
Forgive me if I wrote in the wrong place, but still. This is ridiculous.
