EMC Fatal is (obviously) this spartan company. EMC stands for Evan, aka DarthEJ77, Matthew, aka IR0N MAN mark5, and Chase, aka SilverBakun. I am (Chase) the leader, and my second accounts are Chaoxii and FatalxDegree. Although I am the leader, Evan and Matthew are treated with equal respect.

Requirements and preferences:
-Treat ALL players with respect and courtesy
-Positive K/D, preferably .8 or higher
-BE MATURE- it's ok to laugh and have fun, but if you don't take the game seriously, you aren't who we are looking for
-We would like people with previous halo experience but it's ok if you don't
-Frequent Spartan Company interactions- but we understand if you have a tight schedule
-Respect everybody equally

Any requirement and rule breaks could result in resignation. If you have surpassed your fellow spartans, you have a chance at being promoted. This is includes more frequent Spartan Company interactions, fair play, K/D increase, and a good reputation.
