I've noticed this as well but just filled them under Halo 3. As long as your very specific that its ODST then it shouldn't be a problem.

I would also suggest submitting a support ticket with the email attached. That way you can prove you got an email.

It could be complete their respected (NMPD, Data Hive) missions otherwise I don't know. This was one of my feedback suggestions as it gives very little indication as to how to unlock them.

When are we able to play? It just takes me to the store when I try to launch it. Someone else had this issue. I was prompted with an update request but no option to update the game. Upon 'hard' resetting my xbox I was able to download the update.

I'm actually glad by this and this has potentially saved the game. Due to current events the devs have been unable to do the work the game needed and it showed. That's not their fault of course but it risked them releasing a half finished...
