Best thing to do in this situation I find is those that don’t make it in immediately dashboard, give them an invite and they should make it back into the game. Otherwise test your Fireteam out in a custom game first.

Only solution I can give to this problem is playing with a team, but you’ll never reach 100% again unfortunately. It is possible to 1v3 ai enemies, takes about 50 minutes of running in a circle lol.
