Let the hunt begin.
Tempest is a well-structured militaristic organization with the purpose of accepting and completing the bounties and requests of our widely diverse clientele. Hunters can be acquired in either teams or by individuals, depending on requests, client preferences, and availability.
Despite being mercenaries, we do follow a strict set of guidelines to separate us from other groups: the Hunter's Codex. The Hunter's Codex not only contains what rules our hunters must abide by, but it also regards to events in which our clients are at fault and the countermeasures expected to be taken by said hunter(s) in the case of such incidents; a method of forewarning all of our current and future associates that our assistance is limited within the laws of the Hunter's Codex and that we have little tolerance towards those who fail to follow them.
All bounties and requests are to be sent directly to the Huntmaster himself, from which he will display for the active hunters to choose from as well as approve for each hunter(s) that accept said requests. No bounties are to be sent directly to active hunters, and the sending and/or acceptance of any unauthorized bounties will be deemed as crimes against the laws of the Hunter's Codex, resulting in adequate repercussions towards the offender(s).

We are the Phantasms.
We are a group of casual Warzone players, and competitive Arena players. We're here to enjoy Halo 5 and always have a reliable and friendly team to play with.- 16 & up are preferred but we can make exceptions.
