Bring the Holiday spirit as you jump into Operation: Snowbound, closing out the year with a variety of fun experiences. First, test your skill and resolve in 1v1 Showdown, pitting you against a single opponent.
Later this month, toss snowballs (which look suspiciously like plasma grenades) at your opponents in the new Snowball Fight mode which features the Winter-themed Halo 3 maps Snowbound and Snow Ground, along with Snow Fire.
The free Operation Pass brings the Brute Stalker-inspired Infractor armor set for you to unlock; upgrade to the Premium Pass to secure the Offworld Holiday weapon model for the VK78 Commando and Everything Nice weapon coating.

MA5K AVENGER
“I need a weapon.”
Originally seen on the cover of Halo: Ghosts of Onyx, wielded by Spartan-III super-soldiers, the MA5K has come to Halo Infinite. A fully automatic rifle with a high rate-of-fire and increased magazine size manufactured by Misriah Armory, the MA5K Avenger is highly effective at short range.

1v1 Showdown
Put your skills to the test in 1v1 Showdown!
Go head-to-head with other Spartans on small slices of some familiar maps, with identical randomized weapon and equipment loadouts, leaving the outcome to pure skill. Each round sees you teleported to a new map slice to keep things fresh, including Aquarius, Argyle, Bazaar, Catalyst, and Empyrean.
The best of five wins and each round can be won by either getting five kills or capturing the zone. Take on a random opponent, or jump into matchmaking with a friend to battle it out against each other!

BATTLE PASS
Covert infiltrators, deft assassins, and expert reconnaissance units, the Infractor armor set available in the free 20-tier Operation Pass is based on the Jiralhanae Stalkers encountered in Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST.
Upgrade to the Premium Pass to acquire the festive Offworld Holiday weapon model for the VK78 Commando and Everything Nice weapon coating. The Premium Pass comes with an additional Challenge Slot, bonus XP, and never expires.

2024 Winter Update
Forge Updates
Halo Infinite’s 2024 Winter Update brings with it some new Forge updates that give you even more control over the maps and modes you create. Implement the new third-person camera into your experiences for a fresh look at things along with voice-over lines from Spartan Commander Agryna. On top of that, credit attribution for maps and modes have been improved and now appear in the pause menu, telling you who made what you’re playing.
