Sniper Rifle-Disruptor Hybrid, based off Lyrenne Castilla, Her Sniper, and her EMP tactics from Halo Wars More Leaders Overhaul. The Sniper can one-shot EMP any vehicle, but isn't as effective against Infantry. The appearance is not what the pics depict.
