Hailing from nowhere and everywhere all at once, video games quickly became an anchor point for Sam and it became a way to make, and maintain, friendships. From sneaking out of bed to watch her dad play The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past to all nighters playing Civilization, that love of gaming eventually led to Halo. The rest, as they say, is history.

From working at Xbox Support and on various titles with Xbox Game Studios, she joined 343 Industries in 2019 and bought her experience in community support and community management to Halo.
