become a halo insider

The Halo Insider Program is the official way for Halo fans and community members to partner with 343 Industries to help improve our games, products, and services. As a Halo Insider, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and insights that help shape and inform current and future Halo franchise initiatives. Halo Insiders will also have exclusive opportunities to participate in public “flights” (hands-on playtests) of in-progress Halo game releases and provide feedback to our development teams.

public flighting

Halo Insiders who choose to opt in to console or PC “flighting” will be considered for early access gameplay previews with in-development Halo games and services. Over the past few years, all of the updates and improvements to Halo: The Master Chief Collection were the direct result of flighting and feedback, and Halo Insiders will continue play an important role in MCC and Halo Infinite going forward. Each public flight has specific goals and requirements so not all Halo Insiders will be selected for every flight. Please ensure your Halo Insider settings are complete and accurate – including a verified email address – to improve your chances of getting invited to a flight. And remember, you can always come back to update your settings (particularly if you acquire new hardware) or opt-out at any time.

community feedback

Halo Insiders provide ongoing community feedback by sharing their thoughts and perspectives with the team at 343 Industries via periodic surveys. Over the years, these surveys ( formerly part of Halo Community Feedback Program or “HCFP”) have provided invaluable insights that helped inform everything from in-game weapon tuning and playlist updates to future consumer products and merchandise roadmaps. Halo as a game and franchise doesn’t exist without its passionate fan base and we look to our community to ensure that your input is at the center of everything of we do.

HALO SUPPORT

The Halo Support Site is a new customer service website for players. Read Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) to learn about known issues, gain insight on what the development team is investigating, and find out what others want to see happen in our games. Report technical issues and bugs and inform our developers of things you want to see resolved.
