Hello, and welcome to the NMSR. We are New Mombasa's finest. From all over Earth and her colonies, we are some of the best trained Spartans known. Since the battle of Earth in 2552, New Mombasa has been kept under close surveillance. Some of those left to keep this city safe, are us Spartans. Thanks to work of the UNSC, ONI and the UEG, New Mombasa has a new peace keeping force. Stay safe, Stay strong; Stay Spartans.

Armour: Mk IV (You can wear a different set, though it must be the entire set and same colours. You will also need to notify an admin for permission.)
Colours: Pepper, Brick.
