I'd like to think that we're a bunch of washed-up has-been's, but the truth is we're closer to being a group of never-will-be's. That being said, we've got heart. Our KDs are likely mediocre, but we try hard, and most importantly, we cover each others' backs. Whether we're taking down some dirty Elite in Warzone, or dodging grenades in Speedball, we're doing it with trusty Wingmen (that's us) at our side.

Halo Infinite as a "platform"?

I feel what they mean is that the game will be like MCC. New campaigns and features are added over time.

So the campaign won't necessarily change when the new story comes out. Kind of like how the campaign...
