Community Support & Engagement Coordinator
I do a lot of things for 343 Industries but I do have a few very key goals in mind with everything that I do.

1. Listen to the people who play our games.
2. Track issues, report to devs on issues, follow up on issues, and get fixes to the players.
3. Partner with communities to help create fun events for various players and playstyles in our games.
4. Do everything I can to help make Halo a better game for our communities.

My goal at the end of the day is to help make the games I work on better through community feedback and making the games you want to play more of what you want to play.
