|Where should I park and is parking free?||Centro Citibanamex has 3,000 covered parking spaces and a capacity for up to 10,000 cars in the entire Americas Complex. Rate of $32 MXN per hour and a maximum of $160 MXN in case of exceeding 5 hours of stay.|
|Do you have appropriate parking for individuals with medical conditions?||Yes, the venue has adequate spaces for people with special needs.|
|Are pets allowed?||No, pets are not allowed at this event.|

|Do I need a complete team to purchase a team pass?||If the team does not have at least 4 players you will not be able to play. If you buy the pass it is not guaranteed that you will be able to find a team.|
|Where do I manage my team roster?||On the FACEIT registration platform.|
|I’m coaching a team – do I need to purchase anything?||No, the team ticket includes a ticket for the coach.|
|Will there be a Free-For-All (FFA) competition at this event?||Yes, on the second day of the event we will have an FFA tournament with a maximum of 512 players.|
|If I buy a team pass, do I have to play in the FFA?||No. The FFA competition is optional and no pre-registration is required, players wishing to play in FFA need to register on the first day of the event at the venue.|
|I don't live in Mexico. Can I still compete in this tournament?||The tournament is only for people living in Mexican territory.|
|Is there a limit to the number of teams eligible to compete in this tournament?||Yes, the limit of participating teams is 64 teams for the open bracket.|

|What equipment should I bring if I am competing?||The description of the required equipment can be found in the Event Rules and should be consulted at the following link: Peripherals Allowed|

|Do team passes account for 4 players and 1 coach?||Yes, they do.|
|Do all the names for a team have to be submitted at once?||The coach must enter all player information into the online pre-registration before the closing date.|
|What types of payment do you accept? Online and in-person?||- Web: only payment by credit card, Paynet, ToditoCash+, Oxxo, Elektra and PayPal.|
- Points of sale: credit/debit card and cash.
|How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?||Pick-up order: You can pick up the tickets at any SuperBoletos points of sale (48 hours before the event) and must show the credit/debit card used for the purchase, an official ID and purchase number, the cardholder is the one who will have to pick up the tickets without exception.|
Print at home: Your tickets are sent in PDF format by email and these will be your access to the event. If your ticket says that you do not need to present your card, we suggest you bring an ID for identity validation. If your ticket says that your card is required, you must present your card and an ID, otherwise you will not be able to enter the venue.
Home delivery (only for Mexico City and Metropolitan Area), you can request fast delivery (1 day) or conventional delivery (2 to 3 days), a courier will be coming to deliver your tickets on the scheduled date, so it is important that you have your card and ID on hand on the date indicated.

|Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me?||Only if they are digital tickets (print-at-home). For print tickets, they need to be shown physically.|
|What does "general admission" mean?||It is a ticket that gives access to the general areas of the event.|
|Will my seats be together?||We do not have numbered seats, it will work on a first-come, first-serve basis.|

|Is my multi-day ticket good for either any days of the event?||The 3-day ticket will be valid for the three days of the event.|
|What does a VIP ticket include?||- Early Entry to the venue on Friday (first look at the venue and stage)|

|What are the COVID admittance guidelines?||Show a valid vaccination certificate, either with a single-dose (CanSino) or one of two applications. In case a person does not have a full vaccination scheme, he/she must present a negative result of a COVID-19 test, issued by a national or international private lab.|
People should follow basic sanitary measures, such as the use of masks, sanitizer gel and temperature taking.
|Do I need to present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test?||In order to enter the venue, you must present a vaccination certificate or a negative result of a COVID-19 test.|
|Will I be required to take a temperature test or COVID test on site?||Upon entering the room, temperature will be taken|
|Will I be required to wear a mask or face covering, or other PPE, while at the event?||As it is an enclosed space, the use of face masks is mandatory during your stay in the venue and at all times during the tournament.|
|What is considered "fully vaccinated"?||Any person attending the event must have a vaccination certificate with the required number of dosis according to the type of vaccine.|
